This easy-read resource teaches the difference between, and the relationship amongst our thoughts, feelings and actions.

Based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy this tool can help clients notice their thoughts and the role they have on emotions and behaviour. Useful for all ages, this tool also allows therapists to gain an understanding on situations and events that clients describe by structuring the conversation and breaking down each component. 

This resource is available as a printable PDF. 

How do I download?

Step 1

You will also receive an email confirming your order that will also contain a link to your 'My Account' area where you can download your resources. 

Step 6

Once you click on the link you will be directed to log in to your Therapedia 'My Account' area. From here, click on the 'Download Now' button and save your resource to your computer or phone.

You can also view previous purchases in your 'My Account' area.
