In order to regulate our emotions, we must first understand them. Use this creative tool with children, adolescents and even adults to facilitate conversation and reflection on the different ways emotions present in the body. As each person is unique and individual there is no right or wrong answers, just understanding.

This tool can be used to describe specific physical sensations for example: when "I am nervous I feel butterflies in my tummy" or it can be more general for instance colouring red all the places I feel anger in my body.

This resource can be great to assist in supporting communication around our sensory experiences too! 

We recommend printing this resource A4 or larger for best results. 

How do I download?

Step 1

After completing your payment you will be directed to a confirmation page thanking you for your purchase.

You will also receive an email confirming your order that will also contain a link to your 'My Account' area where you can download your resources. 

Step 6

Once you click on the link you will be directed to log in to your Therapedia 'My Account' area. From here, click on the 'Download Now' button and save your resource to your computer or phone.

You can also view previous purchases in your 'My Account' area.
